Returns and Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Custom-made or perishable goods may not be eligible for return.
